Trip Introduction

Naya Kang peak (5844m) is climbing peak in the Langtang region. It is recognized as Ganja La Chuli, The peak lies in the high Himalayan landscape in the northern part of Nepal. It is immensely located over the Langtang Valley and south of the Gosaikund frozen lake. The NayaKang Peak climbing trip is connected with the Langtang Valley Trekking. The Nayakang climbing trail goes through the Oak and rhododendron forest of the Langtang National Park.

Naya Kang climbing package offers the wonderful views of the local geography and landscape. From the top of Naya Kang, the views of Lantang Lirung (7246m), Lenpo Gang (7083m), Dorje Lakpa (6990m), Langtang II (6571m), mighty Shishapangma (8027m) and Ganesh Himal range are the awesome. The north east ridge over a line of a rocky glacier is a popular route to summit the Naya Kang. Trip to Nayakang climbing in the Langtang Valley and Kyanjin Monastery is a best way to acclimatize.

    5. Permit: All necessary paper works: Ganja La peak climbing permit, Langtang National Park entrypermit, TIMS permit & its fees.
    6. Insurance: Medical & Emergency rescue Insurance for all involved Nepalese staffs during the trek and climbing.
    7. Map: Trekking and climbing map.
    8. Member transportation:  Drive from Kathmandu – Syabrubesi. While returning Drive from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu, as per itinerary.
    9. Climbing Stuffs Transportation: Necessary all equipment Transportation for all Members and Staffs From Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (Drive) and to Base camp by porters – While returning: Base camp to Syabrubesi by porters and Syabrubesi to Kathmandu (Drive).
    10. Member Luggage: Up to 15 Kg per member for personal baggage during the trek carrying by porter or Mule.
    11. Lodging & Fooding: Food 3 meals a day (BDL; including tea and coffee) along with accessible accommodation at Hotel/Lodge/Tea house/Camp during the trek and BC. Well-managed base camp set up for member & Staffs.
    12. Porter: Porters up to Base camp from Syabrubesi & Porters on return from Base camp to Syabrubesi.
    13. Base Camp Staff:  Experienced and well-trained Base camp Cook & kitchen Helpers as required.
    14. Staff Salary and allowance: All Nepalese staffs & porters daily wages, equipment, food & clothing.
    15. Base Camp Tent: Each member will have individual Yak Mountain or Kailas tent in Base Camp.
    16. Base Camp equipment: All camping equipment and cooking gears will be provided at the Basecamp.
    17. Light: Necessary light at the tents.
    18. High Altitude Climbing Sherpa: Veteran and Government Licensed Climbing Guide.

    20. Oxygen Bottle (O2): Oxygen bottles will be in stock at base camp in case of an emergency (with appropriate charge).
    21. Oxygen Mask & Regulator:  1 Set of Summit Oxygen mask will be in base camp in case of an emergency.
    22. High camp service in Needed: Necessary cooking gas, cooking pot for member, high altitude tent (sharing basis), high food for member, all climbing and cooking crew. Group climbing gears, fixed and dynamic rope during the climbing period as required.
    23. Walkie-Talkie: Walkie –Talkie for communicating from Base Camp to Mountain and Mountain to Base Camp.    
    24. Comprehensive Medical kit for group.
    25. Certificate: Ganja La Peak Climbing Certificate issuded by NMA.

 

Note : All expedition stuffs and equipment has to be return after the expedition.

  1. Air Fare: International flight airfare (from and to Kathmandu).
  2. Nepal entry Visa fee: Nepali Visa fee US$ 40 per person for 30 days (to be applied for 60 days (USD$ 100).
  3. Lunch & Dinner: Lunch & dinner in during the stay in Kathmandu (also in case of early return from Trekking/Climbing than the scheduled itinerary).
  4. Extra night in Kathmandu: Extra nights accommodation in Kathmandu. In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking/Climbing  (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary.
  5. Insurance: Travel and high altitude insurance, accident, medical & emergency evacuation.
  6. Rescue Evacuation: Medical Insurance and emergency rescue evacuation cost if required. (Rescue, Repatriation, Medication, Medical Tests and Hospitalization costs.)
  7. Personal Expenses: Telephone, Internet, battery recharge, hot shower, Laundry, any Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, Boiled water, beer, coke, and also Clothing, Packing Items or Bags, Personal Medical Kit, Personal Trekking Gears & Equipment.
