Seven Summit Treks Mt. Elbrus (5642m) Expedition 2022 Update!
Elbrus summit successfully accomplished by the team of Seven Summit Treks. Mingma Sherpa, Pasang Phurba Sherpa, and Thaneswar Guragai climbed Mt. Elbrus (5642m) this morning at 6.30 AM Local Time. This is the first Nepalese expedition after the Covid -19 pandemic to Elbrus, the highest peak in Europe.
With the successful ascent of Mt. Elbrus, Mingma Sherpa is one short of completing all the highest 7 peaks of 7 different continents, Carstensz Pyramid being the remaining peak to be climbed.
Likewise, Pasang Phurba Sherpa has completed 2 out of 7 peaks (Mt. Everest and Mt. Elbrus) and is also on a pursuit to climb all 7 summits.
